Packages are sent by bring or PostNord.

Package for collection point and package for mailbox.

Prices will vary: where the package is to be sent, weight and shipping options.  

Price surcharges may apply for Parcel to Mailbox:  

Pick-up delivery 39.00 (package is forwarded to pick-up office due to small space in mailbox)

Bag on the door 21.00  (package is hung on the door in a small space in the mailbox)

Expected delivery time 1-5 business days. May vary during holidays.

Local Delivery:

Delivered home in a mailbox or outside the door, available to customers such as in Eidsvoll Verk, Råholt, Dal, Maura and Nannestad.  

Customer is notified before delivery. If the package is too large for the mailbox, it will be placed outside the front door. 

Return / Complaint

Transport damage, defects or quality deviations must be reported within 14 days of the goods being received.  

Return only by appointment.

Payment 

We offer three options, vipps, invoice and credit / debit card.

Invoice: Invoice is sent by email when the goods are packed.

Payment deadline is 7 days.

In case of delays, a fee will apply.  

General terms 

The terms of sale apply to the sale of goods and services on tevana.shop to consumers.

 

When purchasing products, you have accepted and approved the current conditions.

When "we", "our" or "us" is used, it means tevana.shop.
When "you", "you" or "yours" is used, it means buyer (The person listed as the buyer in the order).

Registration
To shop at tevana.shop, you must have a delivery address in Norway. We store the information in a secure way and the information will not be available to unauthorized persons.

General terms 

Item information:
We always do our best to provide you with accurate product information. We still reserve the right to incorrect product description. We also make a reservation that for various reasons the warehouse may be empty / incorrect inventory.

Right of withdrawal and time limit for withdrawal:
You can withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after we have fulfilled our duty to provide information in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, and the item and right of withdrawal form has been received.
You must notify us if the right of withdrawal is used. The deadline is considered complied with if the notification is sent before the deadline expires. There are no formal requirements for the notification, but this should be in writing for evidentiary reasons. Send email to post.tevana@gmail.com.
If you exercise the right of withdrawal within the deadline, you must return what you have paid for the item. The item must be sent back to us before settlement takes place. You must cover return costs yourself. Tea (bulk, packaged) that is opened does not apply.

The right of withdrawal gives us the right to charge you if the product has been subjected to a reduction in value as a result of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, property and / or function of the product. (jr. Ang Angreretten §25).

Change in terms:
We reserve the right to change these terms, including as a result of changes in legislation.

Disputes and choice of law:
Disputes in connection with the conditions and associated provisions, as well as disputes that otherwise concern trade on norges-tehus.no follow Norwegian law and belong to the ordinary dispute resolution bodies and courts, with the Oslo District Court as venue for any proceedings before the district court.
